In the concept & design phase we focus on the requirements of our client whereby a dedicated 4SeasonsSpa project manager supported by our international network creates a comprehensive plan. This plan can include a feasibility study, service requirements, competitor analysis, routing and a basic functional design.
In the next step this plan will lead to the final overall architectural plan including a detailed budget. The preparation taking place in this phase is a pre-requirement for any successful project and can be handled completely by 4SeasonsSpa or in close cooperation with the available experts.
